Services. Big Mike's Catfish and Catering provides Catfish Catering, Event Catering, Seafood Buffet, Wedding Catering, Corporate Event Catering, Birthday Party Catering and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Big Mike's Catfish and Catering (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Big Mike's Catfish and Catering may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
